In a fair world, there never would have been a law suit or EEOC complaint for a minority to get a job. Oh, and for the record, I know plenty of none-minorities that were hired with no PIC. If you look back at another post of mine, Fed Ex didn't even require it. I tossed boxes with several non-minorities that didn't have college degrees or PIC and that is FACT. I've met college interns that were hired with no PIC. Non-minorities of course. Yes, United admitted to making mistakes. I'm fully aware of this and people like you do their part to keep it in the public eye. Well done.

I am going to raise the bullsh1t flag here. The only person I have known to get hired at FedEx without any PIC was a woman. And that was because the HR folks made the CP hire her or they were going to take over the hiring. Plain and simple. The only break the internals used to get was the education and the PIC was reduced. But that isn't even the case anymore. Now they have to meet the same minimum requirements. And they're guaranteed an interview, not a job.
