Mesa can't file chapter 11. They are most likely waiting to make a deal with delta and their lessors. If that doesn't work out by April with the additional boat load of CRJs and Dash8s and ERJs idling, they might pull the plug unless by some miracle Go! can help them out in Hawaii.
