BTW, it might come as a surprise to learn that most if not all at Alaska are happy flying the equipment and domestic routes they do. WB and long-haul international would be of no interest. As a result, Life-long fences would be expected...and fair.
While I might agree some AS pilots would be content to remain on their equipment, there is NO way the entire pilot group feels the same way and wouldn't love to fly bigger and much higher paying equipment in the future. This SLI would be another very difficult proposition.
