the idea that they are going to get EXPERIENCED pilots to go over there for 30 60 or 90 day rotation for anything other than existing pay represents a grave niavity on managements part.

I'm not taking a jab here but From the conversation I had with the CP and CEO, they are not sending from the bottom, but rather hand picked.

I have no dog in the fight, but if ASA has their company image in mind (sending over pilots who will represent the company in a positive manner) then they will have to be paying much higher than those pilots would be making back in the states. I hope it works out for you guys, could be great if they sweeten the pot and pay up!
