Who was one of the first CAL employee groups to come up with a comprehensive "concession" package when the the company called 'uncle' post 9/11??

If his way of taking concessions is foregoing his annual $700K-ish salary, then have at it. All that I ask is that he works under those concessions for the length of time the pilot group has worked under the POS-concessionary CBA'02. If he is able to follow suit, then we the pilot group will "BEGIN" to entertain (and I say ONLY entertain.....after all that's what mgt does in negociations) these talks 5+ years down the road if further concessions is what he's after.....until then, pound sand.
