I agree that should be a period of fencing and appropriate ratio, however I strongly disagree with the idea of permanent fencing. If we merge, they will be DAL pilots just like the NWA (republic, southern, hughes, north central etc), Wester, Pan Am, and whatever other carriers we have in our lineage.

Fence it off for a bit to keep the initial shock as minimal as possible, and then have it be done with....
