Well, the pilots does not make the decision of merger or not. And if all AK pilots share your point of view, the 30 year fence should be A OK and everybody should be happy and safe, career wise. My equal pay suggestion should make it better for all... Personally I hope we will work together in the near future, and I truly believe we both will be better off.
