Don't Go To K-state Salina
As a K-State Salina grad I will say that the aviation program is a decent one and that I personally got close to 20 hours in the King Air and CJ. That being said, if I had to do it again I would not go to K-State Salina. Get your bachelors in another field other than aviation and do you're flying on the side. Having all of my check rides with Bill Gross, except my CFI's, and who has been an instructor myself I would not wish upon any of my students or anyone else’s students, good or bad, to have to take a check ride with Bill Gross (this being said I never failed a check ride either).
