Default Digital seems the way to go

I use a program that I created with Microsoft Excel and would also recommend Leather Binder :: Leather Binders, Scrapbooks, Photo Albums & 3 Ring Binders for the binder. They did a great job with it and it looked great.

Keep it organized and easy to maneuver. I also have a paper book for sign offs and scan them into the digital book. Then I put it into my Google docs and I don't have to worry about misplacing it, theft, fire or water damage.

Keep it simple and clean.
