It is in the "New Pilot Contract". The company has the right to reduce CSPP to ZERO by contract!
The White Papers used CSPP as a prop to hold up "the house" but what management neglected to tell you is that there is verbage in the contract, in black and white, that allows them to take CSPP away.
This would be a great topic for the 3D's.
