Hey bud there's a lot of pilots on the street out there. Not saying the pay is where it should be but don't hate your management for finding flying. With Skywest and ASA on two separate certificates and seniority lists you're lucky they haven't whipsawed you in the ground by now. I'm extremely cautiously optimistic that they actually care about their employees.
