That's a good way of saying it. I know at this point, most don't care about anything other than getting on an airline to fly a jet and experience the next level. However if that is your sole reason for going to Eagle then you're probably going to hate it. During the last wave there were a lot of people that got on at the place that hired them first due to low time or whatever only to fly for a short period and move to the airline of choice. I'm willing to bet that Eagle had a lot of pilots leave for the shorter upgrades. If you already have a steady job, just wait for the place that is right for you instead of going through the hassle of switching airlines. Just something to consider if you're trying to get into this industry.
