Sounds like one of those airports where the performance says you can stop but if you actually were to see the calculations, you would notice that you can do it, but you only would have .25 inches of pavement left....
Funny... We have tables in the TM that tells you how far you will overshoot when you loose one at V1... Scary stuff...
