In a crashpad you will probably end up sleeping with 6+ people in a single room. this company isn't a family. there's 2 family's in this company. those that have been here for 15+ years and those that haven't. the senior people always have a way to belittle you and make sure you have a bad day. that's just how it is and it's not going to change.
Yeah dude, I've been on RSV for 2 years and you're senior to me. I can't complain about much besides commutting up to ORD. Even then, I'm back in DFW next month. If you hate it that much, pack your crap and roll. It would help me out.
For the folks coming on, you gotta learn to play the game and be prepaired to give and take. It will be more giving, but it's called a job. Better than sleeping in a tent in the middle of Saudi.
