Yea but it took AA almost 20 years to get theirs and JetBlue could do no wrong until the Valentine's Massacre. We just want to get rid of the one way alleys and more gates.

You are probably correct as I have no facts to state otherwise. And I completely agree with the fact that all we need is more alley space. A nicer "look" would definitely not hurt though. American's and JetBlue's terminal is quite literally a different world than ours at JFK. I'm sure it will take awhile, but we have to start (I know we have already) taking steps to improve our product out of JFK.
