No I dont at all...it's just my observation, opinion, and what I hear from passengers. I commute to and from JFK and if what I hear from passengers on those commutes is true, we are in trouble. I mean, I'm sure other airlines get the same complaints but our terminal issues are ridiculous. Again, just take a stroll through any other Airlines Terminal at JFK and there is a HUGE difference in the layout, the look, and the ease at which you can get from the curb to the jetway. I will state this again, just my opinion.....but if I see this, I am willing to bet paying, tired, and International customers see it as well.
