From the web site to the terminal to the TVs on the airplanes, which by the way are much more comfortable and bigger than the CrappyRegionalJets we fly all over. Their prices in markets they directly compete with us are either close or better. (based on a very limited sample size) Wifi on our domestic flights was a huge improvement, however.

When I commute and people tell my how much they love Jet Blue I tell them sure, if you want to go to FL for $99 they are great but you can't fly to Europe on JB, or Asia or South America, or Africa. I don't know about their business model and how they are financially but their product is first rate and without that no business can compete.
