Someone please tell me why Delta set up our Flexible spending cards in a way that they CANNOT be used at the doctors office? What is the purpose of being given a Debit card to access your flex account if you cant use it? Its a huge waste of time and resources for everyone to force us to have to pay out of pocket and have to wait on a reimbursement. At my previous company they gave us the card and it could be used for everything medical related and when the account runs out the card stops working. That was easy and painless, does Delta have to do everything retro?
It's so DANG frustrating!! I had the same exact UHC FSA card at Skywest and it worked at all doctors offices. I come here to Delta and it doesn't work anywhere except retail locations like Walgreens or CVS. It's ridiculous! Plus, UHC is so slow with the claim forms and will sometimes deny the claims.
