I set up the direct deposit as well as the Automatic Reimbursement which should eliminate the need to fax anything in. Personally I think they're just trying to make it as much of a PITA as the can and hope that people are too lazy to figure out how to get reimbursed.

United Healthcare said that DELTA is the one that set it up this way and that most other companies dont. We can and should be able to use the card at the time of service but evidently DELTA is the ones preventing us from doing so. This should be changed as its not only a hassle for us but for UHC. I talked to someone with mydelta about it and they said basically that, "thats just how delta does it and they arent going to change it" God forbid there be a better way
