I agree with you there. I have all the faith in the world in the MEC and the pilot group at Colgan, but the management team is a piece of work! I will go as far as saying that Colgan's management team has instilled such a poor company and safety culture, that ultimately it is management who should be blamed for the tragedy of 3407. If SMS would have been in full swing last January, management would have been accountable for their contribution to the accident, but I guess we'll have to wait 'til 2012.
