Japan Airlines - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia and scroll down if needs be. It is interesting to note, the majority of the entire JAL fleet are widebodies. Of the few narrowbodies they have we are talking about taking some MD90's. Either they are going to do less frequent interasian hops using existing widebody aircraft or they will need to pick up some smaller planes as the plan is put into place over the next couple years.
Of their 187 aircraft 42 are 747's (no rope starts), 46 are 777 (including 777-300's) and 48 are 767's.
