At least at Colgan we can say we have never furloughed and have grown when most others are failing. I would never trade steady employment for a few dollars in pay and an extra day off. Have you given more than 5 seconds of thought as to why Colgan hires while others furlough? Maybe if there were less DCH Pilot's in the world taking jobs at undercutting wages, others wouldn't be on unemployment (making more than DCH Pilot). Now call your Union rep and ask him why your post sucks if you still don't get it. S.J.S. post of 2010 so far.
