Please someone tell me Chuck is ex-military...or that he's at least done a previous relief effort of this magnitude in his civilian life.

I wonder if he realizes the background of most FEDEX pilots.

...yeah, just a bunch of slackers who've never stepped up to the plate and served in major relief efforts or all out conflicts/wars.
