I've been to f-NWA hubs pre-SOC and post-SOC. Just curious, is it normal to have to wait 3-5 minutes at the gate for the ground crew to get into position, or are they having a work slow down against the f-DAL jets?
Hmm, haven't been around the domestic system alot recently, but as I remember, DTW was bad usually had to wait, MSP and MEM were usually ready. MSP not so much so, if the Vikings were playing or if it was -1 or below outside. Bet I will find out real soon (going from the 747-200 to the DC-9)...
