It's not that other pilots think you guys are scum. What I am saying is you should be telling everyone to avoid going there. You will be amazed at how this will help you obtain a good contract.
This bit of advice works like a charm just like telling people to not pump gas at CITGO because of Hugo Chavez said some dumb comments about America. As soon as they drop the price the people start pumping gas no matter what. Pilots are going to apply to colgan anyways for whatever reasons they have. Its unfortunate but some pilots WILL work for less when they themselves get backed into a corner.
I'm not trying to be pessimistic i'm just calling a spade a spade when I see one.
