It does make a difference. Yes they may choose to go to Colgan, but all of us should be discouraging them from doing so.
Doesn't matter. I may even work for Colgan, but I'm still going to tell people not to go there.
I will say it again, I have nothing against the Colgan pilots, I just think we (Colgan and all other pilots a like) should all be discouraging everyone from going there.

For the 2 new recruits, "usmc-seargent" and "Flyjsh" usually have good advice on life flying a (shocker) trubo-prop for low wages.
