Okay, let's nip that in the bud right now.
Let's compare a few routes CO flies and who is flying them (one way, non stop on 28 Jan):
EWR to PIT: three Express Jet and four Colgan
EWR to BUF: two Express Jet and three Colgan
EWR to DCA: four Express Jet and three Colgan
IAH to MCI: three Express Jet and One CO 737
IAH to BNA: seven Express Jet
ORD to CLE: five Chautauqua and two Express Jet
Here are the planes carrying CO ticket holders:
CO has about 350 airframes
Express Jet about 240
Chautauqua guessing around 20-30 CO airframes
Colgan about 25
CommuteAir 16
Gulfstream around 10
Cape Air 2 (ATRs, not sure if they are flying the 402s for CO)
Now, WHO is it that is taking 737 flying away?
