DAL should keep the fare structure low (at least on par with the rest of the system), and accept CVG as a true "HUB." That is, a hub that's primary purpose is connection traffic. Keep the RJs out of ATL, DTW, and NYC.
The weather on average is more mild in the winter and summer than either ATL or DTW. Rarely are there delays coming or going out of CVG. Our customers HATE connecting through ATL.
Someone with a big brain tell me why one hub in the system shouldn't be so reliant on O and D traffic?
