My thoughts exactly....the same group that is trying to sue for the mere pittance that I receive due to targeting DC.
I was on the 5pm bus to downtown NRT one night for dinner. Tanksley was "holding court" in the back of the bus talking about that issue with a like minded bunch. I watched to see which way they headed for dinner (towards the spiral staircase) and decided I'd rather do Hero's.
