I was on the 5pm bus to downtown NRT one night for dinner. Tanksley was "holding court" in the back of the bus talking about that issue with a like minded bunch. I watched to see which way they headed for dinner (towards the spiral staircase) and decided I'd rather do Hero's.

The DAL-S guys have already paid into some litigation fund I'm assuming for just this sort of thing. I really hope this doesn't get any traction. I'm really digging my new DAL-N brothers so far.
