Yeah, but in NRT it takes that long doing 20kts. Kinda like landing on the west runway in AMS.
There are lots of airports out there that take awhile to go from A to B. NRT ain't all that unique. Besides. Doors closed, beacon ON, Hard time trip. If ya gotta pee.. set the brake and go pee, you're getting paid.
