The ugly truth is that Colgan probabally has thousands of applications to sort through. This is an airline that has ZERO respect for its line pilots. You WILL be harassed for calling out sick or fatigue. They WILL threaten your job and suspension if you refuse to fly an aircraft for saftey related reasons. And they will LIE through their teeth to the public about how they operate their airline.

The only thing management at Colgan Air is concrened with is completion factor, and they will stop at nothing to get their way.

To most the aftermath of Flight 3407 was a humbling experience to all of us affected. Colgan management is directly responsible for harboring the fear and intimidation about calling out sick and fatigue regarding this accident. And yet they still continue to operate the way they do. It really makes me sick to my stomach.
