It doesn't matter who I work for. It doesn't matter if I work for Colgan or not.
You have the classic diagnosis for SJS and chose to ignore it. That's not my problem if you can't see that.

I will keep telling everyone that by not going to Colgan you will be doing those pilots a huge favor in securing a good contract.

As for getting the saab in IAH, good luck. Nothing is guaranteed and since they pay FO's the same on the Q as the saab, I would assume senior FO's would be on the saab and you would get the Q400.

I would plan on EWR in the Q for $18,000/year and food stamps. That is the reality.

Beagle said it best, yet for some reason you think what I am saying holds no water. Wake up

And they will LIE through their teeth to the public about how they operate their airline.

The only thing management at Colgan Air is concrened with is completion factor, and they will stop at nothing to get their way.

To most the aftermath of Flight 3407 was a humbling experience to all of us affected. Colgan management is directly responsible for harboring the fear and intimidation about calling out sick and fatigue regarding this accident. And yet they still continue to operate the way they do. It really makes me sick to my stomach.

Do yourself and your family a favor and apply elsewhere.
