Read the flier posted on the previous page from the FAA and it is you to you the pilot to ensure you are legal to operate in a foreign country just as you have to abide by their flight rules. You can go to the ICAO web site and read the rules for yourself. I do not know why the company has not required SIBA crews to hold a first class?
How about the lack of an RFO on SIBA flights? If you read the beginning of the flier, it states flights requiring 3 or more pilots.
