I sent my resume in mid-Nov, got an email by the end of the week to fill out a full application (which they forwarded to me), got called the next day by a senior pilot, had a telephone interview with the pilot staff in December, and went for a formal interview in late December. I start training next week.
I know they are still looking for qualified pilots.
FYI: I'm 20 yrs USAF, flying F-16s and T-38s, 4,000 hrs with experience flying ISR, CAS, and all other F-16 missions (plus time flying over Iraq).
AirScan seems like an awesome company so far, and the folks I've talked to really like it.
