- are you ok with just any kind of contract and labor law or should they be intimately knowledgeable with airline contracts and labor practices?

- How do you recommend that we motivate this legal team of experts to come out of the negotiations with no money left on the table (I assume that this is the real reason you don't like the negotiating that is currently in place and believe that the negotiation is a zero sum game).

- Which side of the table, in your opinion, needs to be focused on a longer term viability for corporate success, the company or the pilots union?
