Truth be told Colgan is probably at the bottom of any airline that is replacing mainline flights. If people really wanted this industry to get better and pay better, stay away from any RJ that has more than 50 seats in it.
Hypocrites
Plane size means nothing. It should be... don't go to airline that pays insanely lower compensation than other airlines for the same size airplane.

2 bucks an hour. roughly 1800/year. Try not to spend it all in one place.
The Eagle CA makes wayyyyy more in pay and total compensation than a Colgan CA.
Due to work rules, the Eagle captain makes at least $5,000-$10,000 in pay alone and probably another $20,000 in overall compensation.
