The good thing is five years will go by pretty quickly. I guess its the guys who only have 5 or so years left who are upset with the fences and I doubt many of them frequent APC.

True, but some of them seem to be popping up as of late. Word is getting around about this board. Add to it, there are many lurkers that just cannot stand it any more. They are starting to post. That is good, it generally will add to the discussion. You can see how many ppl and how many posts are by those ppl on this thread. It is interesting.
I also agree that we need to standby for the lawsuits. You know that when they go in front of the panel again, those three could just knock em down. Unlikely unless asked, but it is like court. Nothing is a sure thing in front of a jury or a set of arbitrators.
