I've noticed that in MCO also. The only reason why I've noticed is because it drives some of my captains nuts when we have to follow those guys. They must have molasses stuck on them wheels.
ATC: "Citrus ___, how's your ride?"
Citrus: "Smooth on taxiway echo."
