MtJoe, at this point I would say if you have something else that comes along, go with it. I'm sure you have read enough of the forums on APC to see that things change a lot. Right now I am one of the furloughed pilots from PSA. I've been furloughed since August 31st of 2008. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they recall this spring. But with the LOA's going on right now, I don't know if that is going to happen. As far as things picking up after the summer, well they usually slow down after the summer. I don't want to sound like a debbie downer. I wish you and the rest of the poolies the best of luck. But for right now I would say sit tight it might be a long ride.
