Personally, I'd like to see a similar policy or contractual option at the New Delta. But "grow a set", gmafb.
Slow,

I believe we also gained 100% DH pay back as well 150% over 80 hours. That was contractual. I know there has been a ton of complaining by us Northerners lately(some a little out of line IMO), but we've been given a TON of changes here & it's pretty overwhelming. It's like being a newhire, or in my case never having that feeling go away.

It's frustrating because we've seen so many good things go away, but we have also gained some good things too. For instance, ths whole 1 place, right place concept is faaaaar from that. We used to have a CAT II briefing card. Everything related to/required for shooting a CAT II approach was on that single page. I didn't have to flip back & forth through 3 different pages my Vol 1 to brief a CAT II. Just one of many frustrating changes that we deal with.

Anyway, I've gotten off track here. I guess my point is a lot of us North guys are just adjusting, & some of us will gripe along the way. Anyway, I plan on writing my reps on what I'd like changed & hopefully we will see some changes.
