The sick leave, call in honest, jumpseat, union solidarity disagreements should not be in a public forum. What I believe is a valid reason for expending a personally earned benefit is of no one else's business. And what you may do is none of my business. Talk of union actions on a public forum is like fixing dinner and taking a dump in the same sink. Good Luck!
