This new filing sounds to me like JO knows he's going to loose or get a buyout for the ERJ DCI flying. He wants to shed all 50 seat a/c, all the DASH's, most of the 900's and 700's; leaving a small fleet of 70+ seat a/c for UA and US. Another unknown is that they might belive that they'll win the 900's back from Delta. JO still hasn't gotten approval from the judges presiding over those three cases, to move them over to the bk court.
