I've just updated the basic pay calculator on each of the web site's airline pages. The update provides the following changes:

Addition of percentage slider. The default value is one, however you may click and drag the "% change" value from .5% to 1.5%.

Changed Credit time Minimum Value. Previously the minimum value on the credit time slider was 50 hours. To accommodate the the % change feature, the new min. value is 1.

How to use the new feature: Lower the credit time to 1 (hour), set the hourly rate to the desired value, adjust the value in the "% change" box to the desired value. (i.e. to determine a 15% decrease, set the value to 85%, a 10% increase set the value to 110%, etc).

As before, you need the Macromedia Flashplayer installed on you machine.
