I usually agree with your posts but not in this case. Colgan is what it and all the regionals are - a stepping stone for most. To all who aspire to fly for a career, get hired as quickly as you can and start building experience so you can create greater opportunities for yourselves. The regionals are not much of a stepping stone anymore... with upgrade times going upward of 5 to 8 years. The regioanls are now almost a career. If Colgan is a place you want to spend the next 5 to 10 years then more power to you.
Pinnacle is bad enough for me, I hear doing the Colgan is worse (if thats possible)
