Good for them. I'm still insulted by the guys "you have to live by the golden rule" intro letter. The pilots have been living by the golden rule for years.
We flew the jets when they needed to get their nose under AA's tent in the Caribbean, we showed up for work after they stole an off day from us last year. We kept flying after they reneged on their promise of "no red eye plus one flying". We treat our passengers far better than any of Spirit employee treats the customers. We taxi single engine. We fly with min dispatch fuel and live with the ulcers it causes. Like I said, we've been treating the company the way we want to be treated.
