Duty Period: When a Pilot is scheduled and/or available to Fly.

IE: Pilot is ON DUTY when:
- From Scheduled show time until Shut Down plus 15 mintues.
- From the beginning to the end of a scheduled reserve period
- While deadheading
- On a scheduled stop (read airport sit)

Crew Rest: Begins when off Duty AND a Pilot can receive (10) hrs
of uninterupted rest. = Arrival at a Hotel on overnights
or arrival in Pilot's domicile.

- Max Duty Period is 16 hrs.
- Max Block Time is 8 hrs. Unless unforseen circumstances out of
the airlines control yadda yadda
- Crew Rest will be scheduled to be NO LESS than 10 hrs between ANY duty
period.

Ok I think that about sums it up LOL. What so tuff about that LOL!
