LOL, yeah that is pretty much me also

. I don't want to call him back and ask for the information, because I would like an opportunity to interview.... I don't have a good feeling that repeated calls will help that out any, LOL.

The exact order went: Added them as my targeted company on Airlineapps.com back in October of last year. Kept it updated through November. Late November I sent an e-mail to them, and got a short and sweet reply that said "See me next May". Then got an e-mail from them asking me to apply for a first officer position. So I replied to that e-mail and sent my resume and cover letter. Then a lady asked me to update my airlineapps.com information and send an e-mail back to them to let them know my information is ready for review. About an hour after I sent the "ready for review" e-mail, I received the short one with the telephone number. That was the Saturday before last..... The same day we later took mom to the hospital. After I knew she was going to make it, I called and talked to Chuck Colgan who told me the news about interviews for the past weekend.
I am pretty much wanting to find out if my chances of getting called for the next round of interviews will still exist? I told Chuck that mom was in the hospital all that past week, but I also didn't want to sound like a "storyteller" so I just kept it to "She was in ICU all last week", and didn't offer the long version.... Like I say, I figured they would think I was making excuses if I told them the long version. I hated to miss that opportunity to interview, but at the same time I would never have been able to forgive myself if my mom didn't make it.
