We pay 168 per flt hr
They pay 206 per flt hr

A 38 dollar an hr difference.

That would be about a 23% jump in this years rates.

That would pay a 777A or a 744A 257 per flt hr if that was your goal.

That's what I was assuming. The top end pay would approximate the UPS top end at the end of their raises in 2012.
