Dang, guys...seems to me "Cencal8346" was talking about the shoddy MX at
Ga. Skies slowing down ATL, since his comment followed several about that. Anytime the wind's more than light/variable, the controllers "rack & stack-em" in ATL, much less an aircraft having troubles on the ground.

Don't know about Cencal's previous posts...maybe ya'll know him better or something...
